Colorado Springs Real Estate trending up

Click here to Veiw This Home

Real Estate News
As you look through the Statistics gathered by the PPMLS you'll see a couple of good trends in the Colorado Springs market. The first is that Homes under contract are up and the second is that over all homes on the market are down. Its a good time to buy when prices and supply are low. Especially when you can see demand going up. Hopefully we continue on this upward climb to higher prices as the overall market begins to warm up again.

Real Estate Taking off in 2012

Search for Homes

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. Nestled at the feet of the gorgeous Pike National Forest, Colorado Springs is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Within minutes you can be driving, hiking or fly fishing. Garden of The Gods is another amazing attraction. It brings people year round to our beautiful city.

CASTLE ROCK, CO. Driving through this small town is a pleasure. Castle Rock is central to Denver and Colorado Springs. The sky is the limit here with homes reaching well over 2mil. Castle Rock is a great choice for someone who needs to travel.

DENVER, CO. Denver is Colorado's large city. Enjoy stunning views, large sprawling parks, amazing culture and my favorite restaurants. The Denver metro area is seperated into many smaller citys. Use the map feature to draw a search around the areas you're most interested in.

MANITOU SPRINGS, CO. Culture is what its about here in this little town. The mountain walls reach up high around you as you walk down looking in all the little shops. Don't miss the Manitou Arcade which is a very fun place to take the kids. My favorite is the horse derby.

WOODLAND PARK, CO. This is a real mountain town only 15 minutes from Colorado Springs. Woodland park is surrounded by National Forests. The town can gaze at the north majestic side of Pikes Peak. Close to Fishing, Snowboarding, Skiing and Gambling.

MONUMENT, CO. Monument is a small town between Denver and Colorado Springs. There are some beautiful neighborhoods in Monument. My favorite is Kings Deer. Woodmoor is another very fun area to live in. Large pine trees keep everything pretty private here. You must try Rubies Diner. Monument is also a favorite to those flying out of DIA but not wanting to live in Denver.

FOUNTAIN, CO. Rolling hills and farmland looking at the towering face of the Front Range. Cheyenne Mountain is so beautiful from Fountain, Security and Widefield. These three little towns are close to the Colorado Springs Airport, Peterson AFB, N.O.R.A.D. and Fort Carson.
